Australian Trains - New South Wales

New South Wales is Australia’s most populous stand and also has the biggest rail network. Unlike other states, NSW rail services are solely on Standard gauge.

Greater Sydney is serviced by an intensive suburban service, operated by mainly 8 car double deck electric rolling stock, whilst all freight services are diesel hauled.

In this series we take a look at the daily operations of a few local train stations.
