Tens of thousands of tons of goods are transported by rail every day. In the four-part video series 'Everything goes via the Kijfhoek', ProRail shows why this is so important. The ‘Kijfhoek’ is near Rotterdam en de biggest shunting yard in the Netherlands. In the first episode we see how the wagons are loaded at Koole Terminals. In the second episode we see how the wagons are being shunted. Episode three shows the maintenance and in the last episode we see how Prorail incident response keeps the track clear.
