Shay #31 at Taiwan's Cherry Blossom Festival
In March 2016, the Lima Shay SL31 steam locomotive celebrated the Cherry Blossom Festival on the Alishan Forest Railway of Taiwan. This 2'6" gauge logging railway climbs from sea level to 2200m in just 75 kilometres.
This series contains two different points of view. One as a passenger among tourists enjoying the ride on the Heritage Train, the other one just above the tracks, showing clearly how steep some parts of this track are.
