This series contains two train spot films that were shot on two railway lines that run through the German Black Forest: the Schwarzwaldbahn (Offenburg-Singen) and the Gäubahn (Stuttgart-Singen). Both railway lines are often used as diversion routes of the Rheintalbahn (Offenburg-Basel) and therefore have to handle extra train traffic.
A wide variety of trains can be seen, because not only freight and passenger trains from different railway companies pass by, special journeys with historical trains have also been filmed. A nice mix of trains in southern Germany!
