The PCC is a tram type from the United States where PCC stands for 'Presidents' Conference Committee'. These trams were built in Bruges, Belgium, at the factory La Brugeoise et Nivelles, abbreviated as BN.
The second part is about 'Bowie', the famous tram cat of The Hague.
