The 'Benelux' train

Since September 29, 1957, the Benelux train has been running between the Dutch capital Amsterdam and Brussels, the capital of Belgium. In the Netherlands this train is also called 'Brusselaar' or nowadays Intercity Brussels. In Belgium the nickname is 'Amsterdammer', and later it became the 'Intercity Nederland' in Belgium. The Benelux is very popular among travellers and rail hobbyists!
