Episode 1: Chur-St. Moritz
This ride starts in Chur and goes via the double track to Reichenau/Tamins. There we see an interregion from St. Moritz and a regional train from Disentis to Scuol-Tarasp with the Ge 4/4 617 in anniversary colors coming together. Via the Solis viaduct (85 m high) we continue the ride along the Albula river, with the iconic Landwasser viaduct.
After Filisur the first spiral tunnel begins, ascending to Bergün, and further through hairpin bends and tunnels to Preda. The railway crosses the Albula Mountains with a 5865 meter long tunnel and ends in the Engadin at Spinas, with its final destination at Lake St. Moritz.
