Episode 3: The Autumn Steam Days 2023
The traditional autumn steam days were held again in 2023 on October 14 and 15. All 4 serviceable steam locomotives were in service on these days: the MBS-2 ‘Cockerill’, the MBS-6 ‘Magda’, the MBS-7 NS 8107 ‘Kikker’ and the Swiss MBS-8 NS 7853 ‘Navizence’. Some diesel locomotives also made an appearance, such as the NS ‘Sik’ 259. At the museum depot in Haaksbergen, visitors could take a ride across the museum grounds with the NS 451 diesel locomotive, nicknamed the "Moped”.
