Exciting visit to Realistic Trainmodels
Realistic TrainModels is all about weathered locomotives, cars and railroading in a realistic scenery. The HO layout is privately owned and covers an area of 6 x 8 meters. The building of this layout started in 1990 and was completed 32 years later in 2022.
Many mountains and deep valleys varying from 0,1 up to 2,4 meters height are interconnected trough huge railroad bridges up to 5 meters length.
The current focus of the builder is on weathering all rolling stock, mainly consisting of high quality DCC steam locomotives and diesels. They are all hand painted, thus creating unique pieces of art.
Enjoy watching these beautiful trains which ride over viaducts and steel bridges in realistic landscapes.
