There are not a lot of train spot videos from the Indonesian island Java, but 24Trains.tv has them. In this three part series you can see mainline diesels, steam trains, visit to train depots and much more. The videos were made in 2005 and 2008. Credits: John Raby

Java - 2005 - Part 1

In this part a ride on the Wonogiri branch train was made. Also a look at the flat crossing with PT KA and the Kedawung sugar mill northern branch can be seen. Credits: John Raby

Java 2005 - Part 2

In 2008 we visited Ambarawa to see the E10 (since returned to Sumatra), B25 03 and the C12 (now in Purwosari) in steam although the C12 wasn’t able to haul trains. We then move on to Purwosari for a bit of mainline action before riding the Wonogiri passenger train to Solo Kota. At the end, we see the branch line train being rescued by a D301 class shunter after the train loco failed. Credits: John Raby
