Steam on the North Norfolk Railway – Part 2

Our second episode looks at steam in action on England's North Norfolk Railway seen from lineside locations between Weybourne and Holt. Leaving Weybourne the line climbs steeply past Kelling Heath Country Park and halt with fine views towards the sea.

Kelling Heath cutting and level crossing marks the summit of the line, before the line runs past woods to bridge road (home of the carriage sheds) and Holt station.

Locomotives seen include celebrity ex-GWR 4-4-0 No 3713 'City of Truro' (the first locomotive claimed to have reached 100mph), 0-6-0PT No L99, J72 -0-6-0T No 69023, 'Jinty' 3F 0-6-0T No 47406, 56XX 0-6-2PT No 5619, J15 0-6-0 No 65462, & 0-6-0PT No 1982 'Ring Haw'.
